The questions homeowners ask us first.
What kind of homes do you work on?
Mostly owner-occupied houses in the Las Vegas valley, typically in the $400,000 to $700,000 range. That's the home you're maintaining and improving because you plan to stay in it, not a flip and not a luxury build. Our parent company, Xtreme Build Group, handles the high-end custom work.
Do you do small jobs, or only renovations?
Both. A single running toilet, a patched wall, or a new ceiling fan is a normal day for us. Larger projects like a bathroom refresh or new flooring throughout the house use the same crew, so you never coordinate between three contractors.
How does pricing work?
Most repairs and installations are quoted as a flat price after we see the job, either from your photos or a quick visit. Renovations get a written scope with line items. You'll know the number before we start, and it doesn't change unless you change the scope.
How fast can you get here?
For repairs we aim to schedule within the same week. Renovations start on a date we agree on in the quote. If something is actively leaking or sparking, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can be there today.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry a Nevada State Contractors Board license and general liability insurance, and we're happy to send the certificates before any work starts.
